Developed a “Manual for tracking of CO2 emission reduction” used by Rwanda National Fund for Environment (FONERWA) to monitor indicators on CO2 emission reduction; Provided technical support (Trainer on GHG Inventory, 2006 IPCC Guidelines and 2006 IPCC software) and coordinated the activities of the “Rwanda Third National Communication” project under UNFCCC and developed the Manual for Sustainable GHG Inventory System for the Republic of Mauritius
