Description of expertise: Climate Change in general, including GHG inventory, impacts and adaptation to climate change and extreme events, mitigation, National Communications and National Adaptation Plans from developing countries, negotiations and financing under the UNFCCC, Management and Sustainable Development. Strong hands-on experience in assisting developing countries in the preparation of sound National Communications and in procuring access to financial assistance provided, among others, by the GEF.
