Description of expertise: I am both an expert of climate change/pollution policies and measures, governance, capacity-building, strategy, communication (adaptation and mitigation) and behaviour studies. As a member of the Consultative Group of Expert from UNFCCC, I would like to contribute more widely to assisting developing country Parties in meeting their environmental obligations.
