The Workshop " Taller de Incertidumbres para los Inventarios Nacionales de Gases de Efecto Invernadero" was supported by the Global Support Programme and the RedINGEI, with the collaboration of the Ministry of Environment from Uruguay. The workshop was attended by experts from Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.
The objective of this training was to advise and strengthen the National GHG Inventory of Uruguay, through a training on methodologies and tools available for the quantitative estimation of uncertainty. The method of propagation of error of the Greenhouses Gases Inventories was covered in line with the IPCC Guidelines of 2006
